Team Lead – Operations & SAP Migration
Requirement :
- 8 – 10 years of total experience in Invoice Processing, Billing, Accounts Payable or Claims Operations within the Insurance industry.
- 2 -3 years of team handling experience in SAP Environment
- SAP migration – at least one project
- Good understanding of Insurance Claims processes (Property & Casualty, Health, Auto, or General Insurance preferred).
- Experience in claim invoice validation, payment processing, reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, mindfulness & accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems and insurance claim management platforms like Vision, SAP and Oracle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Able to support junior team members.
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)
Key Responsibilities:
- Should be able to lead a team of 5 – 10 executives of data entry.
- Can manage escalations, Appeal and supporting documentation.
- Ensure proper allocation, recording of claim in the system by team.
- Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with claims teams, Adjusters & finance team.
- Support reconciliation activities, manage Escalations, maintain accurate records of invoices, claim documents.
- Monitor pending invoices and follow up to ensure settlement & WIP.
- Respond to queries from Junior team members and able to present team performance to senior management.
- Assist in month-end reporting, reconciliations, and audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, policies, and internal controls.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy.
- Support SAP Implementation
- Monthly KPI updating, Support HR in Training need analysis (TNA), keep a tab on team performance.
- Work with Quality team to improve accuracy and precision
