Senior Transformation Consultant
Required Qualifications
Total Experience: 10 – 15 years
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 10–15 years of experience in Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, or Consulting
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory)
• Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives independently
• Working knowledge of automation technologies (RPA, Power Apps, low-code platforms) and
analytics tools
• Strong understanding of operational–financial linkages (DSO, WIP, billing, productivity, cost)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-urgency, and multi-time-zone environments
Preferred Experience
• Professional services, insurance services, or multi-region operations
• Working capital, billing transformation, or operational efficiency programs
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or process automation initiatives
• Experience mentoring or coaching consultants and analysts decisioning
• Establish consistent problem-solving rigor across workstreams
• Coach junior resources while delivering at pace
Core Responsibilities
1. Initiative Ownership & Delivery
• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives aligned to Director-defined priorities
• Convert broad problem statements into structured hypotheses, workplans, and milestones
• Own delivery across cycle time, working capital, operational efficiency, cost, productivity, and
service metrics
• Track benefits realization and escalate risks early with clarity
2. Advanced Problem Solving
• Apply Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies (DMAIC, root cause analysis, statistical thinking)
• Perform deep process diagnostics across operations, finance, and systems
• Identify true constraint points rather than surface-level inefficiencies
• Balance analytical rigor with practical, implementable solutions
3. Solution Design, Automation & Technology Enablement
• Design future-state processes, operating models, and control mechanisms
• Identify automation and digital enablement opportunities using tools such as RPA, Power Apps,
low-code platforms, and AI-enabled solutions
• Partner with Technology teams to translate process improvements into system or automation
requirements
• Leverage data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to support insight
generation and tracking
• Ensure solutions are deployable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards
4. Execution Governance & Stakeholder Management
• Run initiative-level governance including actions, risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Engage confidently with senior regional and functional leaders on progress, blockers, and
trade-offs
• Prepare crisp, executive-ready updates and decision papers for Directors and leadership forums
• Act as the single point of accountability for assigned initiatives
5. Capability Building & Coaching
• Coach Transformation Consultants and Senior PI Analysts on problem structuring, analysis
quality, and storytelling
• Review and raise the bar on deliverables such as process maps, analyses, dashboards, and
presentations
• Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and standard ways of working
