Corporate Functions Senior Accountant
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with full-cycle accounting close exposure.
Preferred Qualifications: Year-End & Audit Support
• Provide audit support by preparing and maintaining financial statement workpapers in Excel and Word.
• Address auditor queries and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate intercompany year-end balance confirmations, including review, sign-off, and responses to global auditors.
Key Responsibilities :
Monthly Close & Accounting Activities
• Prepare and post monthly closing journal entries related to cash activity and general ledger accounts.
• Review invoicing processes and perform AP/AR confirmations to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Review and maintain bank reconciliations and goodwill schedules.
• Record debt-related accounting entries and perform Effective Interest Rate (EIR) calculations.
• Maintain and update the Intercompany Matrix workbook, including refreshing reports and updating foreign exchange entries.
• Track case activities by coordinating with partners and updating file activity workbooks.
• Prepare and maintain management reporting workbooks.
• Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required. Year-End & Audit Support

• Review AR/AP offset proposals received from partners and confirm the appropriate
accounting treatment.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and maintain accurate
documentation supporting accounting positions.
