Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Systems,     Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, management consulting, or transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience conducting business process analysis, workflow mapping, and operational assessments for finance domain – BPR, Cash
Processes, Sales, billing, invoicing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working with enterprise systems, IT operations, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency with process mapping and business analysis tools.
• Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in NetSuite, Salesforce, Boomi preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with AI-enabled business transformation or intelligent automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Experience supporting cloud transformation, managed services, or IT modernization programs.

Responsibilities

Business Process Assessment & Optimization

• Analyze current-state business processes, workflows, and operational models across enterprise functions.
• Identify finance process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and operational assessments.
• Design future-state business processes aligned with organizational strategy and operational goals.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, governance models, and transformation roadmaps.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or BPM methodologies.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and performance improvement targets.
• Recommend process standardization, automation, and optimization strategies.
• Support enterprise modernization initiatives focused on operational efficiency and scalability.
• Drive change management and business adoption activities during transformation programs.

AI, Automation & Digital Transformation

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering and automation teams to implement process automation solutions.
• Support implementation of AI-enabled service operations, predictive analytics, and workflow automation.
• Evaluate operational data to generate actionable business insights and optimization recommendations.
• Assist in digital transformation initiatives involving cloud, IT operations, managed services, and enterprise platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting

• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business objectives.
• Present findings, recommendations, business cases, and transformation strategies to leadership teams.
• Conduct process governance reviews and operational maturity assessments.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional collaboration activities.
• Support client engagements and consulting initiatives across multiple enterprise domains.

Documentation & Governance

• Develop detailed process documentation, improvement plans, business requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
• Establish continuous monitoring and reporting mechanisms for process performance.
• Support audit readiness and operational risk management activities.
