Associate Architect – SAP Concur

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, HR, Business, Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Concur (Implementation and support) and SAP S/4 HANA Purchasing.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP Concur integration to S/4HANA Public Cloud, including middleware/i-Flow setup (SAP Cloud Integration / CPI).
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard project delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification on SAP Purchasing and SAP Concur.
• Experience with global rollouts and multi-country deployments.
• Exposure to Agile project methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Concur travel and expense processes.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP Purchasing Solutions on SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud environment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Purchasing and Concur for multiple areas (e.g. purchasing, PO approvals, Invoice Approvals, Concur
expenses, travel and integration of Concur with SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud)
• Provide expert-level support for SAP Concur (Travel and Expense), including setup, configurations, problem and incident management, and integration
support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (global HR, Finance, Professional services, Customer Management and IT) to gather business requirements and
translate them into functional solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end solution integrity and consistency in SAP Purchasing, SAP Concur and S/4HANA integration).
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations. Provide support during UAT, training, and post-go-live stages.
• Create functional specifications for extensions, reports, and integrations as needed.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices for SAP Concur and S/4 HANA Public Cloud environments.
