Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in automation, software engineering, RPA, or AI engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent RPA tools.
  • Experience with VBA, VBScript, PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting technologies.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs, connectors, and workflow orchestration platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong analytical and business process improvement skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Generative AI, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
  • OCR, Document Intelligence, NLP, Chatbots, and AI Agents.
  • SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Excel automation.
  • DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • ITSM, ERP, CRM, and enterprise integration experience.

Responsibilities

AI & Intelligent Automation

  • Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent agents.
  • Develop reusable automation frameworks and enterprise integrations.
  • Implement OCR, NLP, document intelligence, and AI-driven process automation.

Tactical Automation & RPA

  • Deliver quick-win automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, VBA/VBScript, PowerShell, Python, and RPA platforms.
  • Automate reporting, reconciliations, approvals, notifications, data migration, and repetitive operational tasks.
  • Build attended and unattended bots and maintain automation assets.
  • Support citizen developers and establish automation best practices and governance.

Enterprise Integration & Cloud

  • Integrate automation solutions with ERP, CRM, ITSM, cloud, and business applications.
  • Develop API-based and event-driven integrations.
  • Support cloud automation, monitoring, and DevSecOps initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify automation opportunities with business stakeholders.
  • Estimate effort, prioritize initiatives, and demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Participate in solution workshops, PoCs, and innovation programs.
