Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 12+ years of Experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, or Finance Operations.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, coding, and ledger management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned ledgers with minimal supervision.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb training and apply process documentation effectively.

• Experience and ability to determine coding through previous roles and able to demonstrate that they know how to determine coding
independently.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders – Be able to ask correct questions to correct person to get
information required.
• Ability to enter invoices in correct currency, on correct company. Know what is and isn’t an invoice.
• Able to identify AP, Expense and Non-AP queries and deal with accordingly in timely manner.
• Good Knowledge of excel.
• Ability to manage ledger independently.
• Quick learner – able to take on board training and documents available and use in maximising success in role.
• Understand business organisation both in terms of their role and the wider business.
