Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Apple devices within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Advanced troubleshooting expertise across macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Apple hardware.
• Strong experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM).
• Strong experience with Jamf Pro, Kandji, Intune, Workspace ONE, or equivalent Apple device management platforms.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and VIP users in a MNC setup.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and identity management solutions.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and authentication technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Jamf Certified Associate, Jamf Certified Tech, or higher certification.
• Apple Device Support or Apple Deployment & Management certification.
• Microsoft certifications related to Endpoint Management or Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed global organizations.
• Experience working in environments with strict security and compliance requirements.

• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior executives and global stakeholders.
• Clear, neutral, and highly articulate communication style suitable for customer-facing and executive-facing interactions.
• Strong presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

Apple Endpoint Support

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Support Apple device lifecycle management including provisioning, deployment, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.
  • Maintain compliance, security, and configuration standards across Apple endpoints.

Enterprise Apple Management

  • Administer and support Apple Business Manager (ABM).
  • Manage device enrollment, supervision, and application deployment.
  • Support enterprise mobility and endpoint management platforms such as Jamf Pro, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, or similar solutions.
  • Troubleshoot identity, authentication, certificate, VPN, and access-related issues.

Executive Support

  • Provide white-glove support to C-level executives and senior leadership.
  • Handle VIP incidents with urgency, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Support executive meetings, presentations, remote working environments, and travel-related technology requirements.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through outstanding service delivery.

Cross-Platform Support

  • Support Microsoft Windows devices and Microsoft 365 applications where required.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Network, and Service Desk teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
