QA Analyst
Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in Cash Applications and Accounts Payable processes.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional attention to detail, which is critical for audit reviews, compliance checks, and quality assurance activities.
• Proven ability to triage issues, prioritize tasks, and drive resolutions.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, audits, and quality controls.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Effective and Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
• Perform quality analysis and validation of business processes related to Cash Applications and Accounts Payable.
• Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot process/system issues through effective issue triaging.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams to resolve defects and improve workflows.
• Review transactional accuracy, compliance, and process adherence.
• Prepare QA reports, dashboards, and metrics for management review.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through research and process optimization.
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and maintain high-quality standards across operations.
• Participate in UAT, process testing, and validation activities when required.
