Administrative Support (China Operations / Claims Support)
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or back office support roles.
Good communication skills in English; Mandarin language skills are mandatory as you will be interacting with Chinese counterpart and clients on a regular basis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools is preferred

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the China operations team and
adjusters.
Coordinate and track claim-related documentation, follow-ups, and status updates.
Support scheduling, reporting, data management, and stakeholder communication
activities.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and process documentation.
Maintenance of bordereau and records for clients, as needed, including trust accounts.
Process Incoming Funds Notice and Trust Disbursement Requests for monies in Trust.
Expense report review.
Assist in invoice, fee note, and finance-related administrative activities when required.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple
priorities.
Experience in insurance claims management or insurance operations will be a strong
advantage.
Basic understanding of finance processes, cash application, invoicing, or
reconciliations preferred.
